Futsal Invitational Tournament
Overview
This document outlines the structure, schedule, fees, and financial transparency plan for HDFL 8-team futsal tournament. The tournament will take place at Midway Park Futsal Court in Nampa, ID. The tournament will run from June 6–8 (Friday through Sunday) and is designed to guarantee each team 3 games minimum. This is a winner-takes-all tournament — the champion receives the full prize pool.
Team Registration & Fee Policy
Entry Fee: $350 per team (Prize Pool: $1,650)
Payment Method: Teams may pay the entry fee via Venmo (@Luke-Miller-44) or cash by arranging delivery with the tournament director. No checks or credit cards will be accepted.
First-Come, First-Served: Spots are not reserved until full payment is received.
Registration Deadline: May 30
Refund Policy: Teams that withdraw before May 30 will receive a full refund. Teams that withdraw after May 30 are eligible for a 50% refund only if their spot is filled by another team. No refunds will be issued after June 5.
Tournament Format & Game Guarantee
Total Teams: 8
Game Guarantee: 3 minimum per team
Match Length: 2x20 minute halves with 5-min halftime
Clock Format: All matches will use a running clock (no stop clock) due to time constraints.
Divisions: Single division (open competitive)
Format: Double Elimination Bracket with Consolation
